Greetings and welcome back to the fantasy lands where literally every fantasy of yours can come true! And which ones are gonna be on the menu? That's right, it's time to forget your daily worries and build a fantasy harem with sexy ladies of different species! Well, things don't get THAT exotic since it's limited to demons, dragons in human form, elves, and the like. It's all part of the tried-and-true isekai harem tropes, but you yourself aren't isekaied that much into the fray! You're the guy who can summon the ladies, the kind of man whose gacha powers allow you to reshape the world!
That's all very familiar to the genre, but how does the gameplay look? What stats are you looking at, and how does the world as a whole behave? It's always hot this, play now m'lord, you won't last five seconds with this game! Well, you can definitely last more than five seconds because keeping hard and excited is the game's strong point. It hardly lets up in the early game, which just means you're free to explore the systems and enjoy some delicious money shots with your lady soldiers. Now, let's talk about the game proper!
The graphics and the gameplay loop
The game has three distinct styles. There's the background, which stands out even from the sprites. It's cute and not that big of a deal since the battles don't take too long. The battle sprites of your harem wifus are all in chibi mode by default. They'll play small animations and you can catch a whiff of their naughty sides and cleavage. There's quite a variety! Some are more basic while others have more PLOT. Of course there is the action art which takes on a full anime look that you're used to.
The combat is something like an autobattler. Well, it's turn-based, and the girls take turns pelting the mobs and casting magic. Most of the action goes on without your input, but you do have some limited activity that can help your harem prosper. The biggest stuff you can pull off is to upgrade the ladies with your resources and summon new ones! Summoning and upgrading is what gets you forward in the story, and that's how you get to the good stuff. See, it's not only that girls look hot in sprites, but there are fully explicit scenes to enjoy!
From our gameplay, it looks like you get a steamy scene every time you complete a battle or reach a milestone of some sort. The action consists of your animated torso and the half-naked girls with their privates exposed. You won't just be watching the action! You'll be clicking and directing the intensity of the play. And you also get some story sections you can read along the way. It starts simple with you just fucking some girls and then evolves into something much greater and very wish-fulfillment! It's worth battling it out and seeing where it takes you!
The game resources
There are a ton of different resources you'll be encountering as you play, which is a staple of most gacha and harem games. The point of so many currencies is to make you want to spend money! Haremverse: Midara is of course free to play and browser-friendly, which is why the game devs are more than happy to be a little tricky. The resource scarcity will only play a huge part in the late game, so early on you'll not be facing any big walls. But if you're the type who plays in binges, you'll run out of some stuff quicker than the rest.
Which is not bad since pacing yourself is a key to longer plays. The energy currency you're handling looks like an emote of flexed muscles. It regenerates with time, so just let the game do its thing every so often. The other resources revolve around summoning better and hotter units and upgrading them to a point where they'll demolish everything in sight! It's pretty satisfying to see them in action, and the grind to greatness brings you new sexy scenes, poses, interactions, story beats, and so much more! It is a harem builder, after all.
Haremverse: Midara looks fun, and it's easy to get into
Haremverse doesn't do anything revolutionary and doesn't experiment with new features. It simply brings you sexy action, girls who love you, and some very hot results to your battles. If you've played other anime harem smut games, then you'll be familiar with the game flow and the currency mechanics. It's by no means an intense game! Most things happen by themselves, and you'll be guided through a large chunk of the early game. Simply put, it's a prime free-time relaxation game that doesn't require too many brain cells! But it remains satisfying and fun!
