Personal Trainer is a fascinating story that delves into the life of a once successful athlete who spent his life developing his body and training people. The plot revolves around a turning point in the hero's life, because of which he loses his main job and becomes unemployed. When he sinks deeper and deeper into depression and spends his last money on alcohol, his cousin Sophie intervenes and offers him a cozy job as an unusual trainer in a women's club. The protagonist, whose name is Jake, agrees to the offer and soon realizes that he has fallen into paradise, full of beauties with slender bodies and athletic forms. The setting is a women's club, and the mechanics revolve around training the female members to improve their fitness and overall health. Jake's goal is to help these women achieve their fitness goals and make money in the process.
