Catapult Girls is a story about building relationships with five girls from another world, where battles become a means of strengthening relationships. The story unfolds at a leisurely pace, offering a distraction from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The heroines are controlled in battle by carefully adjusting the angle and power of their attacks.
Each of the five beauties has a unique personality, which directly affects how you interact with them.
The main task is not only to engage in combat, but also to gradually get closer to each of the warriors.
Character progress is implemented through a leveling system that uses gold coins earned during the game. The strengthening of the girls' various attributes directly depends on the resources invested. In addition to combat characteristics, Catapult Girls features a relationship development mechanic, where a special item — monkey jade — is required to advance to a new level of relationship. This resource is earned exclusively during the course of the levels, motivating players to participate in battles to reveal the personal stories of the heroines. Thus, the combat component and the development of interpersonal relationships are inextricably intertwined.
The gameplay is based on the cyclical completion of tasks, where the rewards earned are invested in the improvement of the girls. Success in battles unlocks new opportunities to deepen relationships, creating a holistic system in which each element of gameplay complements the other. Controlling your companions in battle not only allows you to overcome challenges, but also to discover new facets of their personalities, turning each battle into a step towards a closer alliance.
